We (Kelley and Daniel) are excited to introduce ourselves!

We have been living in Elkhart Lake since Spring 2006 with our 3 children – William, Emma and Katie.

Daniel is a “Brit” from Stratford Upon Avon who has been visiting Elkhart Lake since 1987 and spent several summers in Elkhart Lake. Kelley and Daniel met in London in 1996 and worked together for 5 years at the Gallup Organization (Market Research) before moving to Las Cruces after they married in 2000. Upon moving to Elkhart Lake, Daniel worked in Brookfield, WI for a marketing research company, commuting day in, day out from Elkhart. While he enjoyed 4 ½ years with The Dieringer Research Group, he was excited to go into business with his wife!

Kelley has lived in Europe for many years in the Netherlands and with parents affiliated with the US military, she is no stranger to living all over the world. Her love for cooking and baking led to the dream of one day owning a coffee/sandwich shop and thanks to the stars aligning, her dream has become a reality! In 2010, Kelley baked thousands of cupcakes out of her home for various graduation parties and celebrations in Elkhart Lake. Along with these cupcakes, Kelley has been able to recreate her fabulous dishes in a commercial environment and continues to bake and bring her magic to Off The Rail!

We are excited to be part of the Elkhart Lake community and hope you will stop by and say “Hi” if visiting Elkhart Lake.
